李亚男（33岁）与王祖蓝（38岁）结婚3年后，近日终于宣布造人成功，真是非常恭喜他们！日前亚男就返回加拿大探亲，顺便探班同样身处当地养胎的好姐妹钟嘉欣（34岁）。
