材料

酿豆腐20个
叻沙酱1包
清水700毫升
椰浆50毫升
脱脂奶/低脂奶50毫升
叻沙叶4片/青葱1棵,切碎

做法

  1. 把叻沙酱和清水一起煮滚。
  2. 加入椰浆和脱脂奶,中火焖煮5分钟。
  3. 加入酿豆腐,再次煮滚后中火继续煮5分钟至全熟。
  4. 缀以叻沙或青葱,搭配面或糙米享用即可。

小贴士:减少椰浆的分量,搭配脱脂奶使用,可以在保留香味的同时吃得更健康。

Laksa Yong Tau Fu

Ingredeints

20 yong tau fu
1 pkt laksa paste
700ml water
50ml coconut milk
50ml skimmed milk / low-fat milk
4 laksa leaves / 1 stalk spring onion, diced

Method

  1. Mix laksa paste with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add coconut milk and skimmed milk. Simmer over medium heat for 5mins.
  3. Add yong tau fu. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 5mins until cooked.
  4. Garnish with laksa leaves or spring onion. Serve hot with noodles or brown rice.

Tips: The amount of coconut milk is reduced and combined with low-fat milk, make it healthier while still has the aroma.
