材料

热狗面包1个
素肉香肠1条
橄榄油2大匙
混合沙拉100克
番茄1大匙,切碎
红葱头1大匙,切碎
芫荽1大匙,切碎
墨西哥辣椒2大匙,切碎

做法

  1. 把热狗面包涂牛油烤香。
  2. 用橄榄油把香肠煎香。
  3. 把热狗和剩余材料夹在面包之间即可。

Beyond Sausage Bun

Ingredients

1 hot dog bun
1 Beyond sausage
1 tbsp tomato, chopped
1 tbsp shallots, chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp jalapeno, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
100g mixed mesclun

Methods

  1. Butter and toast hot dog bun.
  2. Pan-sear Beyond sausage with olive oil.
  3. Assemble dish.
