材料

马铃薯200克,切细丝
阿拉斯加蟹肉200克,撕片
蒜茸5克
干辣椒5克
青椒30克,切丝
日本醋3大匙
盐适量
生抽1大匙
辣椒油少许
花雕酒适量

做法

  1. 把马铃薯丝用冷水洗掉多余的淀粉。
  2. 热锅,加入辣椒油、蒜茸和干辣椒炒香。
  3. 加入马铃薯丝、青椒丝和蟹柳,大火翻炒。
  4. 加入生抽、盐、醋和花雕酒调味,继续翻炒至马铃薯丝熟而微脆即可。

Sautéed Spicy and Sour Alaska Crab Meat with Shredded Potato

Ingredients

200g potato, thinly shredded
200g Alaska crab meat, tear into pieces
5g minced garlic
5g dried chilli
30g green bell pepper, shredded
3 tbsp Japan white vinegar
some salt
1 tbsp light soy sauce
some chilli oil
some cooking wine

Method

  1. Rinse shredded potato in cold water to remove starch.
  2. Heat up wok, add chilli oil, minced garlic and dried chilli.
  3. Add in shredded potato, green bell pepper and Alaska crab meat, stir-fry over high heat.
  4. Add in light soy sauce, salt, vinegar and cooking wine, continue cooking till shredded potato is cooked but still crispy.
