材料

新鲜三文鱼280克
白洋葱2个,切片
牛油果2个
芫荽叶少许

日式腌味酱

生姜20克
青柠汁100克
酱油120克
味醂40克
清水100克

做法

  1. 准备日式腌味酱:把生姜搅打成泥,加入剩余材料拌匀,冷藏过夜。
  2. 把三文鱼切薄片,把牛油果切丁。
  3. 把三文鱼盛盘,上面淋上日式腌味酱。
  4. 撒上牛油果丁和洋葱丝。
  5. 缀以芫荽叶即可。

Tiradito Nikkei

Ingredients

280g fresh salmon
2 white onion, sliced
2 avocado
some coriander leaves

Nikkei Dressing

20g ginger
100g lime juice
120g soya sauce
40g mirin
100g water

Method

  1. Prepare for Nikkei dressing: Blend ginger into a paste. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and chill overnight.
  2. Slice salmon thinly, and cut avocado into cubes.
  3. Plate salmon slices and pour over chilled Nikkei dressing.
  4. Top with cubed avocado and onion slices.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
