日式秘鲁腌鱼生

材料
新鲜三文鱼280克
白洋葱2个,切片
牛油果2个
芫荽叶少许
日式腌味酱
生姜20克
青柠汁100克
酱油120克
味醂40克
清水100克
做法
- 准备日式腌味酱:把生姜搅打成泥,加入剩余材料拌匀,冷藏过夜。
- 把三文鱼切薄片,把牛油果切丁。
- 把三文鱼盛盘,上面淋上日式腌味酱。
- 撒上牛油果丁和洋葱丝。
- 缀以芫荽叶即可。

Ingredients
280g fresh salmon
2 white onion, sliced
2 avocado
some coriander leaves
Nikkei Dressing
20g ginger
100g lime juice
120g soya sauce
40g mirin
100g water
Method
- Prepare for Nikkei dressing: Blend ginger into a paste. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and chill overnight.
- Slice salmon thinly, and cut avocado into cubes.
- Plate salmon slices and pour over chilled Nikkei dressing.
- Top with cubed avocado and onion slices.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
