材料
鸡胸肉500克,洗净
青辣椒30克
小米辣40克
蒜茸20克
豆豉2小匙
新鲜藤椒少许
藤椒油30克

调味料
鸡精1小匙
盐5克
糖5克

做法
1.把青辣椒、小米辣、蒜茸、新鲜藤椒和豆豉用小火翻炒至香,然后均匀涂抹在鸡胸肉的两面,淋上少许藤椒油,放置腌味30分钟。
2.把腌好的鸡胸肉切成小块或条状。
3.热锅,把鸡肉翻炒至熟软,用调味料调味即可。

Spicy Chicken with Green Peppercorn

Ingredients
500g chicken breast meat, rinse
30g green chilli
40g Yunnan chilli padi
20g minced garlic
2 tsp fermented soybean sauce
some fresh green peppercorn
30g green peppercorn oil

Seasoning
1 tsp chicken powder
5g salt
5g sugar

Method
1.Saute green chilli, Yunnan chilli padi, minced garlic, fresh green peppercorn and fermented soybean sauce over low heat until fragrant. Rub over chicken breast, drizzle some green peppercorn oil. Marinate for 30mins.
2.Cut chicken into pieces or strips.
3.Heat up wok, stir-fry chicken till cooked, adjust taste with Seasoning.
