材料

金瓜茸3大匙
鸡肉高汤250克
盐少许
鸡精粉少许
粟粉2大匙
带子3片
鱼子酱1小匙

做法

  1. 把带子汆烫后切半。
  2. 把鸡汤、金瓜茸和粟粉一起煮滚,用盐和鸡精粉调味。
  3. 把汤倒进碗中,放进带子,缀以鱼子酱即可。

Pumpkin Soup with Caviar

Ingredients

3 tbsp pumpkin puree
250g chicken broth
dash of salt
dash of chicken powder
1 tbsp starch
3 scallop
1 tsp caviar

Method

  1. Poach scallop and cut into half.
  2. Bring chicken broth, pumpkin puree and starch to a boil. Season with salt and chicken powder.
  3. Pour pumpkin soup into a bowl, add in scallop and top with some caviar.
