材料
圣诞红茶100克
水1升
糖200克
草莓果肉20毫升
朗姆酒30毫升
红胡椒糖浆10毫升
新鲜龙蒿草3片

做法
1.准备圣诞红茶糖浆:把清水放进汤锅,加入糖,一起煮滚。
2.糖完全融化后,关火后加入圣诞红茶和龙蒿草,入味10分钟后把茶叶滤除。
3.把朗姆酒,30毫升圣诞红茶糖浆和草莓果肉倒进调酒杯,加入冰块。
4.摇晃均匀后倒进马丁尼杯。
5.缀以圣诞红茶叶即可。

Red Christmas Tea Cocktail

Ingredients
100g Red Christmas Tea
1 litre water
200g sugar
20ml strawberry puree
30ml rum
10ml red pepper syrup
3 leaves fresh tarragon

Method

  1. Prepare Red Christmas Tea Syrup: Place water into a saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil.
  2. Once sugar dissolves, remove from heat and add in Red Christmas Tea and tarragon leaves. Infuse for 10mins then strain leaves.
  3. Pour rum, 30ml of Red Christmas Tea syrup and strawberry puree with ice in a shaker.
  4. Shake well and serve it in a martini glass.
  5. Garnish with Red Christmas Tea leaves.
