鲜虾食谱
黄金杏仁虾球
3人份
材料
咸蛋黄2个(蒸熟)
虾3只(去壳开背)
生粉少许
牛油2大匙
圆形西瓜块3块
杏仁片少许
做法
- 把咸蛋黄搅成泥待用。
- 把虾沾上生粉,炸至金黄色。
- 热锅,加入牛油,加入咸蛋黄炒香,加入炸好的虾翻炒均匀。
- 把虾放在西瓜上,撒上杏仁片即可。
Salted Egg Prawn with Almond Flakes
serves 3
Ingredients
2 salted egg yolks(steam-cooked)
3 prawns(deshell and slit at back)
some starch
2tbsp butter
3 rounded watermelon chuncks
some almond flakes
Method
- Mash salted egg yolks to the paste and set aside.
- Coat prawns with starch and deep-fry till golden brown.
- Heat wok and add butter. Add salted egg yolk to cook until fragrant. Add fried prawns and toss well.
- Place prawn on top of watermelon. Garnish with almond flakes.
