黄金杏仁虾球
3人份

材料
咸蛋黄2个(蒸熟)
虾3只(去壳开背)
生粉少许
牛油2大匙
圆形西瓜块3块
杏仁片少许

做法

  1. 把咸蛋黄搅成泥待用。
  2. 把虾沾上生粉,炸至金黄色。
  3. 热锅,加入牛油,加入咸蛋黄炒香,加入炸好的虾翻炒均匀。
  4. 把虾放在西瓜上,撒上杏仁片即可。

 

Salted Egg Prawn with Almond Flakes
serves 3

Ingredients
2 salted egg yolks(steam-cooked)
3 prawns(deshell and slit at back)
some starch
2tbsp butter
3 rounded watermelon chuncks
some almond flakes

Method

  1. Mash salted egg yolks to the paste and set aside.
  2. Coat prawns with starch and deep-fry till golden brown.
  3. Heat wok and add butter. Add salted egg yolk to cook until fragrant. Add fried prawns and toss well.
  4. Place prawn on top of watermelon. Garnish with almond flakes.
