材料

南水梨1个
蜂巢蜜20毫升
清水100毫升
枸杞5粒
北杏6克
南杏14克
燕窝50克,浸软
桃胶50克,浸软

做法

  1. 把南水梨挖空成盒。
  2. 把南北杏、蜂巢蜜和清水一起炖煮成糖浆。
  3. 把燕窝和桃胶放进雪梨。
  4. 把煮滚的糖浆倒进雪梨,加入枸杞。
  5. 用保鲜膜盖好,蒸45分钟皆可。

Double Boiled Snow Pear with Bird’s Nest and Honeycomb

Ingredients

1 snow pear
20ml honeycomb sugar
100ml water
5 wolfberries
6g bitter apricot kernel
14g sweet apricot kernel
50g bird’s nest, soaked
50g peach gum, soaked

Method

  1. Remove cores of pears and make into cups.
  2. Cook bitter apricot kernel, sweet apricot kernel, honeycomb sugar and water together to make syrup.
  3. Place bird’s nest and peach gum into snow pear.
  4. Pour boiled syrup into pears. Add wolfberries.
  5. Cover with cling wrap and steam for 45mins.
