材料
鸡腿肉500克,切丁
生粉1大匙
干辣椒15克,切丁
蒜头80克,切碎

腌味料
糖15克
盐5克
胡椒粉2克

调味料
辣椒油适量
鸡精粉15克
糖少许
盐和胡椒少许

做法
1 把腌味料混合均匀,加入鸡肉腌味片刻。
2 把腌好的鸡肉均匀裹上生粉,用热油炸至金黄色,捞起沥干。
3 在炒锅中加热少许清油,把蒜头和干辣椒炒香。
4 加入炸好的鸡肉丁和调味料,翻炒2分钟即可。

Spicy Sautéed Cripsy Chicken

Ingredients
500g chicken thigh, diced
1 tbsp starch
15g dried chilli, diced
80g garlic, chopped

Marinade
15g sugar
5g salt
2g pepper

Seasoning
some chilli oil
15g chicken powder
some sugar
some salt and pepper

Method
1. Mix Marinade and steep chicken for a while.
2. Coat chicken with starch. Deep-fry in hot oil till colden brown. remove and drain.
3. Heat up some oil in a wok, saute garlic and dried chilli till fragrant.
4. Add chicken and Seasoning, stir-cook for 2mins and serve.
