汉堡面包1个(横切半)
大型双孢菇1个
嫩菠菜叶250克
番茄½个
鸡蛋1个
小红葱头15克(切碎)
蒜头15克(切碎)
无盐牛油100克

配菜
炸薯条130克
综合沙拉60克
香醋沙拉酱20毫升

做法
1.把双孢菇和番茄烤香。
2.把嫩菠菜和红葱头、蒜头一起炒香。
3.把鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋待用。
4.把汉堡面包涂上牛油,在平底锅中煎香至金黄色。
5.把综合沙拉和香醋沙拉酱拌匀。
6.组合汉堡:在最底层面包上放一层炒香的嫩菠菜,接着放上双孢菇、番茄和鸡蛋,再盖上另一半汉堡面包。
7.盛盘后搭配薯条和综合沙拉享用即可。

Breakfast Burg

Ingredients
1 burger bun (cut side down)
1 large portobello mushroom
250g baby spinach leaves
½ tomato
1 egg
15g banana shallots (chopped)
15g garlic (chopped)
100g unsalted butter

Sides
130g french fries
60g mesclun salad
20ml balsamic vinegar dressing

Methods

  1. Grill portobello mushroom and tomato.
  2. Sauté baby spinach with shallots and garlic.
  3. Fry up a sunny side up egg.
  4. Butter both halves of burger bun and fry in a pan to brown the skin.
  5. Toss mesclun salad with balsamic dressing.
  6. Assemble burger by starting from the bottom half of the burger bun, place a layer of sautéed baby spinach, followed by portobello mushroom, tomato, then egg. Prop the top half of the burger bun against the burger.
  7. Arrange French fries and salad on the side.
