早餐素汉堡

材料
汉堡面包1个(横切半)
大型双孢菇1个
嫩菠菜叶250克
番茄½个
鸡蛋1个
小红葱头15克(切碎)
蒜头15克(切碎)
无盐牛油100克
配菜
炸薯条130克
综合沙拉60克
香醋沙拉酱20毫升
做法
1.把双孢菇和番茄烤香。
2.把嫩菠菜和红葱头、蒜头一起炒香。
3.把鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋待用。
4.把汉堡面包涂上牛油,在平底锅中煎香至金黄色。
5.把综合沙拉和香醋沙拉酱拌匀。
6.组合汉堡:在最底层面包上放一层炒香的嫩菠菜,接着放上双孢菇、番茄和鸡蛋,再盖上另一半汉堡面包。
7.盛盘后搭配薯条和综合沙拉享用即可。

Ingredients
1 burger bun (cut side down)
1 large portobello mushroom
250g baby spinach leaves
½ tomato
1 egg
15g banana shallots (chopped)
15g garlic (chopped)
100g unsalted butter
Sides
130g french fries
60g mesclun salad
20ml balsamic vinegar dressing
Methods
- Grill portobello mushroom and tomato.
- Sauté baby spinach with shallots and garlic.
- Fry up a sunny side up egg.
- Butter both halves of burger bun and fry in a pan to brown the skin.
- Toss mesclun salad with balsamic dressing.
- Assemble burger by starting from the bottom half of the burger bun, place a layer of sautéed baby spinach, followed by portobello mushroom, tomato, then egg. Prop the top half of the burger bun against the burger.
- Arrange French fries and salad on the side.
