材料

The Laughing Cow方块芝士粒12个
云吞皮或薄饼皮6片
水煮蛋2个
切细碎的青葱1/4杯
切细碎的洋葱1/4杯
切细碎的番茄1/4杯
鸡肉或火鸡火腿4片,切条

做法

1.准备馅料:把6个方块芝士粒和洋葱、青葱、番茄、火腿一起搅拌均匀。
2.加入切碎的水煮蛋拌匀。
3.加入少许盐和胡椒调味。
4.把1大匙馅料放在云吞皮上,加入1块方块芝士粒。
5.把馅料裹好后用平底锅香煎或炸至金黄色。
6.搭配茄汁、芥末酱或蛋黄酱享用即可。

Eggy Cheese Wontons

Ingredients

12 cubes of The Laughing Cow Belcube Original
6 sheets of wonton or popiah wraps
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
4 slices of chicken or turkey ham, cut into strips

Method

1.Prepare filling: Mix 6 Belcube cheese with onions, spring onions, tomatoes and ham.
2.Add chopped hard boiled eggs and mix well.
3.Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
4.Spoon a tablespoon of cheese filling onto wonton sheet and place 1 additional Belcube.
5.Wrap filling and pan-fry or deep-fry till slightly golden brown.
6.Serve with ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise
