牛肉
A5和牛1200克
喼汁2小匙
代糖1大匙
鱼露2小匙
白胡椒粉1小匙
吐司
生酮面包1块,切片
喼汁2小匙
代糖1大匙
芥末粉1/2小匙
酱油1小匙
蛋黄酱1/3杯
黄原胶1/8小匙
酥油适量
做法
1. 在小碗中把牛肉材料混合均匀,让和牛入味30分钟。
2. 把牛肉煎香至喜欢的熟度待用。
3. 在小碗中混合喼汁、代糖、芥末粉、酱油、蛋黄酱和黄原胶成酱汁。
4. 在热锅中融化酥油,倒进适量酱汁,加入面包煎香。
5. 把三明治组合好,切成方块即可。
Japanese Wagyu Squares
Beef
1200g A5 wagyu beef
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp swerve
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp white pepper
Toast
1 betobun loaf, cut into slices
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp swerve
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp soy sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp xanthan gum
some ghee
Method
1. In a small bowl, mix together Ingredients to marinade beef for 30mins.
2. Pan-fry beef to preferred doneness, set aside.
3. In a small bowl, mix together worcestershire sauce, swerve, dry mustard, soy sauce, mayonnaise and xanthan gum to form the sauce.
4. In a hot pan, melt ghee and pour some sauce into pan, fry bread till crispy.
5. Assemble sandwich and cut into squares.
