海鲜食谱
青辣椒蒜泥蒸生蚝
6人份
材料
生蚝6个、冬粉60克(煮熟)
酱料
梅子酱30克、泰式鱼露40毫升
青柠汁40毫升、糖50克
青指天椒10个(切碎)
蒜茸75克
装饰料
芫荽少许
做法
- 把生蚝洗净,把冬粉放在盘子上,在上面平放生蚝。
- 准备青辣椒酱:混合所有酱料用料。
- 取适量青辣椒酱放在生蚝上,蒸2分钟取出。
- 缀以芫荽即可。
小贴士:可用扇贝取代生蚝。
Steamed Oyster with Chopped Green Chilli and Garlic

Ingredients
6 oysters
60g cooked glass noodle
Sauce
30g plum sauce, 40ml Thai fish sauce
40ml lime juice, 50g sugar
10 green chilli padi(chopped)
75g chopped garlic
Garnishing
some coriander
Method
- Wash and clean oysters. Lay glass noodle in a plate and place oysters on top.
- Prepare green chilli sauce: Mix all Sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon some green chilli sauce over oyster. Steam for 2mins.
- Garnish with some coriander and serve.
Tips: You can use scallop to replace oyster.
