材料

ALLEMANSRÄTTEN急冻瑞典肉丸1000克
ALLEMANSRÄTTEN肉丸奶酱28克
橄榄油1大匙
盐1小匙
黑胡椒粉适量
巴黎小蘑菇或鸡油菌200克
牛油1大匙
浓奶油50毫升(肉丸奶酱用)
欧芹碎少许

蔬菜

胡萝卜200克
甜菜200克
马铃薯或番薯200克
欧洲防风根200克

做法

  1. 预热烤箱至200°C。
  2. 把蔬菜材料切成小块,放进烤盘中,淋上橄榄油、盐和胡椒,烤约30分钟左右。
  3. 按照包装上的烹饪指示把急冻瑞典肉丸用烤箱煮熟。
  4. 把蘑菇用刷子清洁干净后放进加热好的平底锅,干炒至出水,转小火后加入牛油,轻轻翻拌3-4分钟。
  5. 按照包装上的烹饪指示准备奶油酱,加入蘑菇翻拌均匀。
  6. 把蔬菜和肉丸盛盘后淋上蘑菇奶油酱,缀以欧芹碎皆可。

Meatballs with Cream Sauce and Mushrooms

Ingredients

1000g ALLEMANSRÄTTEN meatballs
28g ALLEMANSRÄTTEN mix for cream sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
some coarsely ground black pepper
200g champignon or chantarelle mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
50ml double cream (for cream sauce)
some chopped parsley

Vegetables

200g carrots
200g beets
200g potatoes or sweet potatoes
200g parsnip

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut all vegetables in coarse pieces. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for approximately 30mins.
  3. Prepare meatballs in oven according to instructions on the package.
  4. Clean mushrooms and place them on a hot, dry frying pan. Fry until no more liquid comes out of mushrooms. Turn to low heat and add butter. Let mushrooms fry gently for another 3-4min.
  5. Make cream sauce according to instructions on the package. Add in mushrooms into sauce and toss well.
  6. Serve vegetables and meatballs with mushroom sauce, garnish parsley on top.
