材料
大虾7只、青葱2条(切粒)
蒜茸少许、姜茸少许

调味料
蚝油1汤匙
番茄酱½汤匙
黑酱油1汤匙
麻油少许
绍兴酒少许
糖½茶匙
鸡精粉½茶匙
水4汤匙

做法

  1. 将调味料倒入碗里,搅拌均匀,备用。
  2. 将虾洗净开背去肠,放入锅里,将两面煎熟。
  3. 加入姜茸和蒜茸爆香。
  4. 加入调味料,小火炒2分钟后盛盘,撒上葱花即可。
烹饪小贴士
汤汁开始变得浓稠时就可以将虾盛盘。

Ingredients
7 big prawns
2 stalks spring onion (diced)
a little minced garlic
a little minced ginger

Seasoning
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
a little sesame oil
a little shaoxing wine
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp chicken powder
4 tbsp water

Method

  1. Mix the seasoning together.
  2. Cut the prawns along their backs and remove entrails. Pan-fry both sides.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger and saute.
  4. Add seasoning and stir-fry over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve topped with spring onion.
Cooking Tips
Plate the prawns when the gravy starts to thicken.
