葱花豉油虾
Stir-fried Prawns in Soy Sauce
- 将调味料倒入碗里,搅拌均匀,备用。 Mix the seasoning together.
- 将虾洗净开背去肠,放入锅里,将两面煎熟。 Cut the prawns along their backs and remove entrails. Pan-fryboth sides.
- 加入姜茸和蒜茸爆香。 Add minced garlic and ginger and saute.
- 加入调味料,小火炒2分钟后盛盘,撒上葱花即可。 Add seasoning and stir-fry over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve topped with spring onion.

蚝油1汤匙
番茄酱½汤匙
黑酱油1汤匙
麻油少许
绍兴酒少许
糖½茶匙
鸡精粉½茶匙
水4汤匙
做法

2 stalks spring onion (diced)
a little minced garlic
a little minced ginger
Seasoning
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
a little sesame oil
a little shaoxing wine
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp chicken powder
4 tbsp water
Method
- Mix the seasoning together.
- Cut the prawns along their backs and remove entrails. Pan-fry both sides.
- Add minced garlic and ginger and saute.
- Add seasoning and stir-fry over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve topped with spring onion.
