材料

牛油90克
糖粉35克
鸡蛋1/2个
面粉140克
奶粉7克
蛋黄粉15克

馅料

黄梨馅500克,分成小块

装饰料

蛋黄1个,打散

做法

  1. 把牛油、糖粉和鸡蛋一起打发至松白,加入剩下的材料搅拌均匀成面团。
  2. 把面团分成小块,在每块中包上1块黄梨馅,做出想要的外形,排列在铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上。
  3. 在表面均匀涂上蛋黄液,放进烤箱,用200°C烤15分钟至金黄色。

 

Pineapple Tart

Ingredients

90g butter
40g icing sugar
1/2 egg
140g flour
7g milk powder
15g custard powder

Fillings

500g pineapple fillings, divide into small balls

Garnishing

1 egg yolk, beaten

Method

  1. Beat butter, icing sugar and egg till fluffy. Pour in remaining Ingredients and mix well to form a dough.
  2. Divide dough into small balls, fill in with a piece of pineapple fillings and wrap well. Make into desired shape and lay on a lined baking tray.
  3. Brush egg yolk and bake in oven at 200°C for 15mins till golden brown.
