翡翠肥仔骨
Crispy Pork Ribs
- 将排骨、鸡蛋、盐、苏打粉、绍兴酒和玉米粉搅拌在一起,腌15分钟。 Mix pork ribs, egg, salt, soda powder, shaoxing wine and corn flour together and marinate for 15 minutes.
- 将腌好的排骨油炸熟至金黄色。 Deep-fry till golden brown.
- 将酱汁调匀,和排骨一起放入锅里,煮至浓稠即可。 Blend the sauce ingredients and add to the wok with the fried pork ribs. Cook till the sauce thickens.

排骨500克、鸡蛋1粒

玉米粉2茶匙
酱汁材料
清水50克、浙江醋30克
蚝油1汤匙、辣椒酱2汤匙
麻油1汤匙、白糖30克
炸蒜茸2茶匙
做法
- 将排骨、鸡蛋、盐、苏打粉、绍兴酒和玉米粉搅拌在一起,腌15分钟。
- 将腌好的排骨油炸熟至金黄色。
- 将酱汁调匀,和排骨一起放入锅里,煮至浓稠即可。

Sauce Ingredients
50g water, 30g Zhejiang vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chilli paste
1 tbsp sesame oil, 30g sugar
2 tsp fried minced garlic
Method
