淮山肉碎春卷
2-4人份

材料A
猪肉碎100克(汆烫,沥干)
淮山1根(切粗条)
卷心菜丝50克
萝卜丝20克、蒜茸5克

材料B
春卷皮10张
面糊少许
调味料
盐适量、糖适量
鸡精粉适量、咖喱粉适量
生粉适量

做法

  1. 混合所有材料A ,加入所有调味料混合均匀。
  2. 把混合物分成10份,用春卷皮分别卷好,用面糊封口。
  3. 热油,把春卷炸至金黄色。

 

Chinese Yam Spring Rolls
serves 2-4

Ingredients A
100g minced pork(blanch and drain)
1 Chinese yam(cut into thick strips)
50g shredded cabbage
20g shredded radish
5g minced garlic

Ingredients B
10 spring roll skins, some batter
Seasoning
some salt, some sugar, some chicken powder
some curry powder, some starch

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients A evenly. Add all Seasoning and mix well.
  2. Divide mixture into 10 portions. Wrap each portion with 1 spring roll skin. Seal with batter.
  3. Heat oil. Deep fry spring rolls until golden brown and serve.
