材料

黄瓜1条,把皮削下待用
西芹2根,切成条
胡萝卜1根,切成条
金针菇1把
黑木耳20

腌味料

镇江醋35克
辣椒油15克
糖35克
盐少许
麻油少许

做法

  1. 把西芹、胡萝卜条和金针菇用滚水汆烫后晾凉。
  2. 把西芹和胡萝卜条用黄瓜皮裹好,用金针菇系紧待用。
  3. 把腌味料混合均匀,把黄瓜卷和黑木耳浸泡入味2小时以上即可。

Cucumber Wraps in Vinegar

Ingredients

1 cucumber, peel off skin and reserve for later use
2 stalks celery, cut into strips
1 carrot, cut into strips
1 bunch enoki mushroom
20g black fungus

Marinade

35g Chinkiang vinegar
15g chilli oil
35g sugar
some salt
some sesame oil

Method

  1. Blanch celery, carrot and enoki mushroom. Let cool.
  2. Wrap celery and carrot with cucumber skin. Tie with enoki mushroom. Set aside.
  3. Combine Marinade ingredients together, soak cucumber wrap and black fungus for at least 2 hours. Serve immediately.
