材料

软壳蟹150克
咸蛋黄20克
牛油5克
炸酥粉15克

做法

  1. 把软壳蟹均匀裹上炸酥粉,在180°C的清油中炸至金黄。
  2. 把牛油和咸蛋黄在平底锅中翻炒2-3分钟至松散发泡。
  3. 加入炸好的软壳蟹,翻炒均匀即可。

Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Salted Egg Yolk

Ingredients

150g soft shell crab
20g salted egg yolk
5g butter
15g frying powder

Method

  1. Add frying powder to soft shelled crab and deep-fry in oil at 180°C until golden brown.
  2. Fry butter and salted egg yolk in a pan for 2-3mins until the mixture becomes foamy.
  3. Add soft shelled crab into pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
