黄金软壳蟹
材料
软壳蟹150克
咸蛋黄20克
牛油5克
炸酥粉15克
做法
- 把软壳蟹均匀裹上炸酥粉,在180°C的清油中炸至金黄。
- 把牛油和咸蛋黄在平底锅中翻炒2-3分钟至松散发泡。
- 加入炸好的软壳蟹,翻炒均匀即可。
Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Salted Egg Yolk
Ingredients
150g soft shell crab
20g salted egg yolk
5g butter
15g frying powder
Method
- Add frying powder to soft shelled crab and deep-fry in oil at 180°C until golden brown.
- Fry butter and salted egg yolk in a pan for 2-3mins until the mixture becomes foamy.
- Add soft shelled crab into pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
