甜菜脯猪油渣
材料
甜菜脯200克,切成1寸长
猪油渣80克
蒜茸1大匙
指天椒5条,切碎
清油3大匙
调味料
黑酱油1大匙
白糖1大匙
清水100毫升
做法
- 把炒锅加热,加入清油,把蒜茸炒香。
- 加入指天椒炒香,加入甜菜脯炒香。
- 加入调味料拌匀,转小火煮5分钟。
- 加入猪油渣拌匀,再煮5分钟即可。
Stir-fry Sweet Pickled Radish with Fried Pork Lard
Ingredients
200g sweet pickled radish, cut into 1″ pieces
80g fried pork lard
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 chilli padi, minced
3 tbsp oil
Seasoning
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
100ml water
Method
- Heat up wok, add in oil and saute minced garlic till fragrant.
- Add in chilli padi and stir-fry till fragrant. Add in sweet pickled radish and stir-fry till fragrant.
- Add in Seasoning and mix well. Turn to low heat and cook for another 5mins.
- Add in fried pork lard and mix well. Cook for another 5mins and serve hot.
