材料

甜菜脯200克,切成1寸长
猪油渣80克
蒜茸1大匙
指天椒5条,切碎
清油3大匙

调味料

黑酱油1大匙
白糖1大匙
清水100毫升

做法

  1. 把炒锅加热,加入清油,把蒜茸炒香。
  2. 加入指天椒炒香,加入甜菜脯炒香。
  3. 加入调味料拌匀,转小火煮5分钟。
  4. 加入猪油渣拌匀,再煮5分钟即可。

Stir-fry Sweet Pickled Radish with Fried Pork Lard

Ingredients

200g sweet pickled radish, cut into 1″ pieces
80g fried pork lard
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 chilli padi, minced
3 tbsp oil

Seasoning

1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
100ml water

Method

  1. Heat up wok, add in oil and saute minced garlic till fragrant.
  2. Add in chilli padi and stir-fry till fragrant. Add in sweet pickled radish and stir-fry till fragrant.
  3. Add in Seasoning and mix well. Turn to low heat and cook for another 5mins.
  4. Add in fried pork lard and mix well. Cook for another 5mins and serve hot.
