瑶柱蒸萝卜糕
Steamed Turnip Cake with Conpoy, Chinese sausage and Dried Shrimp

材料
白萝卜300克(去皮剁碎)
腊肠120克
虾米20克
米粉100克
玉米粉15克
小麦粉15克
水350毫升
炸瑶柱少许
青葱少许
调味料
糖
盐
鸡精粉
胡椒粉
麻油各少许
做法
- 将米粉、玉米粉、小麦粉和250克的水搅拌均匀。
- 白萝卜蒸5分钟,取出备用。虾米炒香,加入蒸好的白萝卜,炒1分钟,再加100克的水。
- 水煮沸后,加入步骤1的面糊,快速搅拌成凝固状。
- 倒入容器里蒸30分钟,取出,趁热上桌。

Ingredients
300g white carrot (peeled and chopped)
120g Chinese sausage
20g dried shrimp
100g rice flour
15g corn flour
15g wheat flour
350ml water
a little fried conpoy
a little spring onion
Seasoning
a pinch of sugar
salt
chicken stock powder
pepper and sesame oil
Method
- Stir rice flour, corn flour, wheat flour and 250ml water well.
- Steam white carrot for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Fry dried shrimp until fragrant. Add steamed white carrot and fry for 1 minute. Add 100g of water into the pot.
- Once the water boils, add the mixture from step 1. Stir fast and well.
- Pour into a container and steam for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
