材料
白萝卜300克(去皮剁碎)
腊肠120克
虾米20克
米粉100克
玉米粉15克
小麦粉15克
水350毫升
炸瑶柱少许
青葱少许

调味料


鸡精粉
胡椒粉
麻油各少许

做法

  1. 将米粉、玉米粉、小麦粉和250克的水搅拌均匀。
  2.  白萝卜蒸5分钟,取出备用。虾米炒香,加入蒸好的白萝卜,炒1分钟,再加100克的水。
  3. 水煮沸后,加入步骤1的面糊,快速搅拌成凝固状。
  4.   倒入容器里蒸30分钟,取出,趁热上桌。

烹饪小贴士
蒸好的萝卜糕可以再炸或煎,味道一样好。

Ingredients
300g white carrot (peeled and chopped)
120g Chinese sausage
20g dried shrimp
100g rice flour
15g corn flour
15g wheat flour
350ml water
a little fried conpoy
a little spring onion

Seasoning
a pinch of sugar
salt
chicken stock powder
pepper and sesame oil

Method

  1. Stir rice flour, corn flour, wheat flour and 250ml water well.
  2. Steam white carrot for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Fry dried shrimp until fragrant. Add steamed white carrot and fry for 1 minute. Add 100g of water into the pot.
  3. Once the water boils, add the mixture from step 1. Stir fast and well.
  4. Pour into a container and steam for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
Cooking Tips
You can pan-fry or deep-fry the steamed turnip cake, and they will taste as well.
