蕃茄食谱
蕃茄扒豆腐
3人份
材料
圣女番茄150克
盐适量
橄榄油50克
蒜茸10克
薄荷叶3克(切碎)
豆腐1大块(切成6小块)
碾碎的黑胡椒少许
做法
- 热温油,把圣女番茄稍微炸约20秒后捞起,浸水沥干,轻轻搓掉番茄皮。
- 把番茄切碎,加入适量盐搅拌均匀,沥出多余水分。
- 把番茄碎放进碗中,加入橄榄油、蒜茸和薄荷碎,混拌均匀,腌制30分钟左右成番茄酱料。
- 热油,把豆腐炸至金黄酥脆,捞起沥干,淋上番茄酱料,撒上黑胡椒碎即可。
Fried Tofu with Tomato Sauce
serves 3
Ingredients
150g cherry tomato
some salt
50g olive oil
10g minced garlic
3g mint leaf (minced)
1 tofu(cut into 6)
some grated balck pepper
Method
- Heat oil until warm. Fry cherry tomatoes briefly for 20sec and remove. Soak and drain. Peel off the skin gently.
- Mince tomato and add some salt. Stir evenly and drain.
- Place minced tomato into a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic and minced mint leaf. Stir evenly and marinate for 30mins to tomato sauce.
- Heat oil. Fry tofu until golden. Drain and place tomato sauce on the top. Sprinkle some grated balck pepper and serve.
