Fried Tofu with Tomato Sauce
150g cherry tomato
50g olive oil
10g minced garlic
3g mint leaf (minced)
1 tofu(cut into 6)
some grated balck pepper
- Heat oil until warm. Fry cherry tomatoes briefly for 20sec and remove. Soak and drain. Peel off the skin gently.
- Mince tomato and add some salt. Stir evenly and drain.
- Place minced tomato into a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic and minced mint leaf. Stir evenly and marinate for 30mins to tomato sauce.
- Heat oil. Fry tofu until golden. Drain and place tomato sauce on the top. Sprinkle some grated balck pepper and serve.
