材料

干燕窝1块(约8克)
大型韩国梨1个
甜杏仁10克
苦杏仁8克
川贝母12克
北沙参10克
冰糖60克
过滤净水850毫升(室温)

做法

  1. 用200毫升的过滤净水浸泡干燕窝3小时待用。
  2. 把梨子剥皮、去籽,切成16片。
  3. 把梨片、甜杏仁、苦杏仁、川贝母、北沙参、冰糖及剩余过滤净水倒入炖盅,中火炖煮30分钟。
  4. 把泡好的燕窝滤干后加入炖盅,继续以中火炖煮30分钟。
  5. 可趁热、冷却或冰镇享用。

Double Boiled Bird’s Nest with Shingo Pear

Ingredients

1(8g) dried bird’s nest
1 large Shingo pear
10g sweet almond
8g bitter almond
12g chuan bei mu (fritillaria)
10g coastal glehnia root
60g rock sugar
850ml filtered water (room temperature)

Method

  1. Soak dried bird’s nest in 200ml of filtered water for 3 hours to set.
  2. Peel, core and cut pear into 16 equal slices.
  3. Combine sliced pear, sweet almond, bitter almond, chuan bei mu, coastal glehnia root, rock sugar with remaining filtered water into a double boiler and cook over medium heat for 30mins.
  4. Drain soaked bird’s nest and add into double boiler gently. Continue to cook over medium heat for another 30mins.
  5. Serve hot or chilled or according to preferred temperature.
