材料

马斯卡朋芝士500克
蛋黄5个
35%浓奶油600克
明胶片5片(冷水浸软)
手指饼500克
巧克力1块
可可粉适量

咖啡糖浆

清水1升
即溶咖啡粉200克
糖300克

做法

  1. 准备咖啡糖浆:把清水煮滚,拌入即溶咖啡粉和糖,在冰箱中冷藏待用。
  2. 把蛋黄隔热水搅打均匀,加入浸软的明胶片后晾凉,然后拌入马斯卡朋芝士和奶油待用。
  3. 把巧克力用微波炉加热10秒至融化,均匀涂在玻璃杯内侧,冷藏待用。
  4. 准备提拉米苏:把手指饼干用咖啡糖浆浸软,与芝士混合物交叉间叠填满玻璃罐。
  5. 撒上可可粉即可。

Tiramisu

Ingredients

500g mascarpone cheese
5 egg yolks
600g heavy whipping cream (35%)
5 gelatine sheet (soaked in cold water)
500g lady finger biscuits
1 chocolate block
some coco powder for dusting

Coffee Syrup

1 liter water
200g instant coffee powder
300g sugar

Method

  1. Prepare coffee syrup: Bring water to a boil. Mix in instant coffee powder and sugar. Chill in fridge.
  2. Whisk egg yolks over a hot water pot. Add in soaked gelatine and cool down before folding in mascarpone cheese and whipping cream. Set aside.
  3. Melt chocolate bar in microwave oven for 10 seconds. Brush sides of jar with melted chocolate and set in fridge.
  4.  Prepare tiramisu: Soak lady finger biscuits in coffee syrup. Alternate layers of cheese fillings with soaked biscuits till jar is full.
  5. Dust top with coco powder and serve.
