材料

草莓适量
蓝莓适量
香草精1小匙
牛奶200毫升
糖50克
明胶粉(冰水浸软)
35%浓奶油200毫升
冷水30克

做法

  1. 准备奶冻:把浓奶油、牛奶和糖用小火焖煮,避免煮滚。加入浸软的明胶粉和香草精,过滤后放入冰箱冷藏8小时。
  2. 把草莓切半,在玻璃瓶底排列一圈。
  3. 把奶冻盛进玻璃杯,在瓶底铺平,加入一层草莓、一层蓝莓,重复步骤至玻璃杯填满。
  4. 用剩余浆果装饰即可。

 

Berries Panna Cotta Cake

Ingredients

some strawberries
some blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml milk
50g sugar
5g gelatine powder (soaked in iced water)
200ml heavy cream (35%)
30g cold water

Method

  1. Prepare panna cotta: Simmer heavy cream, milk and sugar without boiling. Add in soaked gelatine and vanilla extract. Strain mixture and chill for 8 hours till set.
  2. Slice strawberries into half. Line the jar with a ring of strawberries.
  3. Scoop some panna cotta into jar and spread over the bottom. Add a layer of chopped strawberries and blueberries on top. Repeat until jar is full.
  4. Garnish with some berries.
