材料

螃蟹1.2千克
鸡精粉2大匙
盐½小匙
花雕酒5大匙
鸡汤10大匙
蛋白6个

做法

  1. 把螃蟹斩件。
  2. 混合蛋白、鸡精粉、盐、鸡汤和绍兴酒。
  3. 把螃蟹和蛋白混合物一起蒸15分钟即可。

Steamed crab with egg white and “Hua Diao”wine

Ingredients

1.2kg crab
2 tbsp chicken powder
½ tsp salt
5 tbsp Hua diao wine
10 tbsp chicken stock
6 egg white

Method

  1. Chop crab into pieces.
  2. Mix egg white, chicken powder, salt, chicken stock and “Hua diao wine” together.
  3. Steam crab along with egg white mixture for 15mins.
