花雕蛋白蒸膏蟹
材料
螃蟹1.2千克
鸡精粉2大匙
盐½小匙
花雕酒5大匙
鸡汤10大匙
蛋白6个
做法
- 把螃蟹斩件。
- 混合蛋白、鸡精粉、盐、鸡汤和绍兴酒。
- 把螃蟹和蛋白混合物一起蒸15分钟即可。
Steamed crab with egg white and “Hua Diao”wine
Ingredients
1.2kg crab
2 tbsp chicken powder
½ tsp salt
5 tbsp Hua diao wine
10 tbsp chicken stock
6 egg white
Method
- Chop crab into pieces.
- Mix egg white, chicken powder, salt, chicken stock and “Hua diao wine” together.
- Steam crab along with egg white mixture for 15mins.
