蒜茸蒸螃蟹
材料
螃蟹1200克
蒜茸5大匙
鸡精粉2小匙
细盐½小匙
生粉½大匙
酱汁
鸡精粉1小匙
酱青3大匙
糖1大匙
麻油½小匙
鸡汤或清水8大匙
做法
- 把螃蟹斩成6块。
- 把蒜茸、鸡精粉、盐和生粉拌匀。
- 把混合物均匀倒在螃蟹上,大火蒸12分钟。
- 准备酱汁:把所有酱汁材料混合均匀后煮滚。
Steamed Crab topped with Mince Garlic
Ingredients
1.2kg crab
5 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp chicken powder
½ tsp fine salt
½ tbsp starch
Sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
3 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp sesame oil
8 tbsp chicken stock/water
Method
- Chop crab into six pieces.
- Bring minced garlic, chicken powder, salt and starch into a mix.
- Evenly lay mixture on top of crab and steam for 12mins.
- Prepare sauce: Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Pour over steamed crab and serve.
