咸蛋黄焗螃蟹
材料
螃蟹1200克
生粉5大匙
咸蛋黄6个
鸡精粉1小匙
盐适量
糖1小匙
无盐牛油½小匙
清油3大匙
做法
- 把螃蟹斩件。
- 把螃蟹裹上生粉,炸至金黄色。
- 在平底锅内加热无盐牛油,加入咸蛋黄、盐、鸡精粉、糖和清油翻拌均匀。
- 加入炸好的螃蟹翻拌至均匀裹上酱汁即可。
Deep-fried Crab Coated with Salted Egg Yolk
Ingredients
1.2kg crab
5 tbsp starch
6 salted egg yolk
1 tsp chicken powder
some salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp cooking oil
Method
- Chop crab into pieces.
- Coat crab with starch and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Melt unsalted butter in a pan. Add in salted egg yolk, salt, chicken powder, sugar and cooking oil to stir-cook the sauce.
- Add in fried crab and toss well until evenly coated with sauce.
