Fried Rice with Salted Pork and Sausage
15g salted pork, minced
15g lap cheong, minced
15g spicy sausage, minced
20g minced spring onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ g salt
1g chicken powder
- Heat up vegetable oil. Add in salted pork, lap cheong and spicy sausage and stir-fry for 2mins.
- Add in rice and stir-fry for another 5mins. Season with salt ans chicken powder.
- Garnishing with minced spring onion and serve hot.
