白葡萄酒烩青口

材料A
西芹200克,择净切丁
胡萝卜200克,去皮切丁
洋葱200克,去皮切丁
欧芹100克,切碎
百里香10克
干白葡萄酒200毫升
材料B
青口1千克
牛油100克
黑胡椒2小匙,现磨碎
做法
- 把材料A用大火煮3分钟。
- 加入青口,加盖焖煮2分钟。
- 关火,加入牛油,加盖摇晃至均匀。
- 撒上黑胡椒即可。
Mussels Mariniere
serves 4
Ingredients A
200g celery, trim and dice
200g carrot, peel and dice
200g onion, peel and dice
100g parsley, chopped
10g thyme
200ml dry white wine
Ingredients B
1 kg mussels
100g butter
2 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
Method
- Cook Ingredients A over high heat for 3mins.
- Add in mussels and cook with cover for another 2mins.
- Remove from heat, add in butter, cover and shake evenly.
- Sprinkle with balck pepper and serve.
