材料A

西芹200克,择净切丁
胡萝卜200克,去皮切丁
洋葱200克,去皮切丁
欧芹100克,切碎
百里香10克
干白葡萄酒200毫升

材料B

青口1千克
牛油100克
黑胡椒2小匙,现磨碎

做法

  1. 把材料A用大火煮3分钟。
  2. 加入青口,加盖焖煮2分钟。
  3. 关火,加入牛油,加盖摇晃至均匀。
  4. 撒上黑胡椒即可。

Mussels Mariniere

serves 4

Ingredients A

200g celery, trim and dice
200g carrot, peel and dice
200g onion, peel and dice
100g parsley, chopped
10g thyme
200ml dry white wine

Ingredients B

1 kg mussels
100g butter
2 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked

Method

  1. Cook Ingredients A over high heat for 3mins.
  2. Add in mussels and cook with cover for another 2mins.
  3. Remove from heat, add in butter, cover and shake evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with balck pepper and serve.
