材料

清油20克
啦啦300克
米粉300克,浸软
鸡蛋2个,打散
上汤1升
芫茜茎2段,切碎

调味料

盐和鸡精粉少许
生粉50克

做法

  1. 加热少许清油,把米粉炒香待用。
  2. 加热剩余清油,把鸡蛋和芫茜段炒香。
  3. 加入剩余材料煮滚,加入盐和鸡精粉调味。
  4. 用生粉勾芡即可。

Clam Bee Hoon

Ingredients

20g oil, 300g clam
300g bee hoon(rice vermicelli), soaked
2 egg, beat
1 liter stock
2 coriander stem, chopped

Seasoning

some salt and chicken powder
50g starch

Method

  1. Heat up some oil. Stir-fry bee hoon until fragrant.
  2. Heat up remaining oil. Stir-fry chicken and coriander stem until fragrant.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add in salt and chicken powder to taste.
  4. Thicken gravy with starch. Serve hot.
