啦啦米粉
材料
清油20克
啦啦300克
米粉300克,浸软
鸡蛋2个,打散
上汤1升
芫茜茎2段,切碎
调味料
盐和鸡精粉少许
生粉50克
做法
- 加热少许清油,把米粉炒香待用。
- 加热剩余清油,把鸡蛋和芫茜段炒香。
- 加入剩余材料煮滚,加入盐和鸡精粉调味。
- 用生粉勾芡即可。
Clam Bee Hoon
Ingredients
20g oil, 300g clam
300g bee hoon(rice vermicelli), soaked
2 egg, beat
1 liter stock
2 coriander stem, chopped
Seasoning
some salt and chicken powder
50g starch
Method
- Heat up some oil. Stir-fry bee hoon until fragrant.
- Heat up remaining oil. Stir-fry chicken and coriander stem until fragrant.
- Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add in salt and chicken powder to taste.
- Thicken gravy with starch. Serve hot.
