材料A

牛肉碎400克
日式面包糠100克
帕玛森芝士粉15克
洋葱20克,切丁
鸡蛋1个
欧芹适量
牛至叶适量
盐和黑胡椒少许

材料B

煮熟的意大利面400克
洋葱50克,切丁
蒜茸20克
番茄酱400克
罗勒适量
盐和黑胡椒少许

做法

  1. 把材料A搅拌均匀,不断搅打至起胶后捏成肉丸。
  2. 用少许清油把牛肉丸煎香至外皮酥脆待用。
  3. 热油,把洋葱和蒜茸炒香后,加入番茄酱和肉丸,小火焖煮30分钟,加入罗勒、盐和胡椒调味。
  4. 倒在意大利面上即可。

Beef Meatball Spaghetti

Ingredients A

400g minced beef
100g breadcrumbs
15g parmesan cheese powder
20g onion, diced
1 egg
some parsley
some oregano
dasho of salt and black pepper

Ingredients B

400g cooked spaghetti
50g onion, diced
20g minced garlic
400g tomato paste
some basil
dash of salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Mix Ingredients A evenly, continue to beat until sticky. Make meatballs.
  2. Heat up some oil. Pan-fry meatballs until crispy. Set aside.
  3. Heat up some oil. Saute onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Add in tomato paste and meatballs. Cook over low heat for 30mins. Add in basil, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour over spaghetti and serve.
