炒牛河
材料A
牛腰肉片200克
黑酱油10克
麻油少许
盐和糖少许
生粉5克
材料B
鸡汤1升
蚝油70克
瑶柱酱5克
鸡精粉少许
盐和糖少许
材料C
河粉400克
黑酱油少许
蒜茸适量
生粉少许
做法
- 把材料A混合均匀,腌味30分钟待用。
- 热锅,加入材料B煮滚待用。
- 热油,把河粉炒香,加入少许黑酱油翻拌均匀后盛盘。
- 热油,炒香蒜茸,加入腌好的牛肉片翻炒均匀。
- 加入适量煮好的材料B,用生粉勾芡后淋在河粉上即可。
Stir-fried Ho Fun with Beef
Ingredients A
200g beef tenderloin slices
10g dark soy sauce
some sesame oil
dash of salt and sugar
5g starch
Ingredients B
1 liter chicken stock
70g oyster sauce
5g dried scallop sauce
dash of chicken powder
dash of salt and sugar
Ingredients C
400g ho fun (rice noodle)
dash of dark soy sauce
some minced garlic
some starch
Method
- Combine Ingredients A and marinate for 30mins. Set aside.
- Heat up a pot. Add in Ingredients B and bring to a boil. Set aside.
- Heat up some oil. Stir-fry ho fun until frgrant. Add in some dark soy sauce and toss well. Plating.
- Heat up oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add in marinated beef slices and toss well.
- Add in cooked Ingredients B and thicken with some starch. Pour over ho fun and serve hot.
