材料

猪肉碎1千克(60%瘦肉)
小型虾500克(切碎)
马蹄10个(去皮切碎)
鸡蛋5个
腐皮10片

调味料

五香粉3小匙
胡椒粉1小匙
欧芹50克(切碎)
麻油5小匙
鸡精粉3小匙

做法

  1. 把猪肉碎和虾混拌均匀至起胶,加入马蹄碎混合均匀。
  2. 加入鸡蛋和调味料混合均匀。
  3. 取250克混合物,用腐皮裹成春卷形状。
  4. 加热清油至120°C,把腐皮卷炸至金黄色,切成适中大小即可。

Home-made Prawn Rolls

Ingredients

1kg minced pork (60% lean meat)
500g small shrimp (chopped)
10 water chestnuts (peel and chopped)
5 eggs
10 beancurd skin sheets

Seasoning

3 tsp five-spice powder
1 tsp pepper powder
50g parsley (chopped)
5 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp chicken powder

Method

  1. Mix minced pork and shrimp until sticky. Mix in water chestnuts until fully combined.
  2. Add in egg and Seasoning. Mix evenly.
  3. Take 250g mixure and wrap with a piece of beancurd skin. Roll into a shape of spring roll. Repeat to finish all mixture.
  4. Heat up half pot of oil to 120°C. Deep-fry beancurd rolls until golden brown.
