虾枣
材料
猪肉碎1千克(60%瘦肉)
小型虾500克(切碎)
马蹄10个(去皮切碎)
鸡蛋5个
腐皮10片
调味料
五香粉3小匙
胡椒粉1小匙
欧芹50克(切碎)
麻油5小匙
鸡精粉3小匙
做法
- 把猪肉碎和虾混拌均匀至起胶,加入马蹄碎混合均匀。
- 加入鸡蛋和调味料混合均匀。
- 取250克混合物,用腐皮裹成春卷形状。
- 加热清油至120°C,把腐皮卷炸至金黄色,切成适中大小即可。
Home-made Prawn Rolls
Ingredients
1kg minced pork (60% lean meat)
500g small shrimp (chopped)
10 water chestnuts (peel and chopped)
5 eggs
10 beancurd skin sheets
Seasoning
3 tsp five-spice powder
1 tsp pepper powder
50g parsley (chopped)
5 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp chicken powder
Method
- Mix minced pork and shrimp until sticky. Mix in water chestnuts until fully combined.
- Add in egg and Seasoning. Mix evenly.
- Take 250g mixure and wrap with a piece of beancurd skin. Roll into a shape of spring roll. Repeat to finish all mixture.
- Heat up half pot of oil to 120°C. Deep-fry beancurd rolls until golden brown.
