材料

马友鱼头350克
芋头片250克
芹菜适量
干虾米适量
姜片5片
高汤2千克
白菜200克

调味料

麻油适量
胡椒粉适量

做法

  1. 把鱼头和芋头片炸至金黄待用。
  2. 加热少许清油,把干虾米、姜片和白菜翻炒至香。
  3. 加入高汤、芹菜、鱼头和芋头,用小火焖煮。
  4. 加入调味料,继续焖煮至汤汁浓稠即可。

Fish Heat and Yam Soup

Ingredients

350g threadfin fish head
250g sliced yam
some celery
some dried shrimp
5 ginger slices
2kg stock
200g Chinese cabbage

Seasoning

some sesame oil
some pepper powder

Method

  1. Deep-fry fish head and yam until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Heat up some oil in a wok. Add in dried shrimp, ginger slices and cabbage to stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add in stock, celery, fish head and yam to simmer over low heat.
  4. Add in Seasoning to taste. Continue cooking until gravy is thickened.
