材料

黄面200克
白菜60克(切片)
鲜虾3只(去壳去肠泥,洗净)
苏东4片
烧肉4块
高汤800克
大蒜适量
麻油适量
鸡精粉和酱油少许

做法

  1. 加热少许麻油,把蒜头炒香。
  2. 加入黄面和白菜稍微翻炒,
  3. 加入剩余调味料,小火焖煮3-5分钟至酱汁浓稠。
  4. 撒上少许麻油,趁热享用即可。

Fried Hokkien Mee

Ingredients

200g yellow noodle
60g Chinese cabbage (sliced)
3 fresh prawn (peel, devine and rinse)
4 sotong slices
4 crispy roast pork belly
800g stock
some garlic
some sesame oil
dash of chicken powder and dark soy sauce

Method

  1. Heat up wak with some sesame oil. Saute garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in yellow noodle and Chinese cabbage to stir fry briefly.
  3. Add in remaining Ingredients and simmer over low heat for 3-5mins until gravy is thick.
  4. Drizzle with some sesame oil and serve hot.
