材料

XO酱2小匙
樱桃番茄10粒(四分切)
橄榄油1小匙
白萝卜120克(去皮,切条)
豆苗少许
腌味料
苹果醋100毫升
白糖2小匙
清水50毫升

做法

  1. 把调味料混合均匀,加入白萝卜条腌味过夜。
  2. 把樱桃番茄和橄榄油混合均匀,放入烤箱,用80°C烤2小时,取出后加入XO酱拌匀。
  3. 把腌好的白萝卜条盛盘,上面放上樱桃番茄,缀以豆苗即可。

Semi-dried Tomatoes in XO Sauce with Pickled Raddish

Ingredients

2 tsp XO sauce
10 cherry tomatoes (quadrisected)
1 tsp olive oil
120g raddish (peel and cut into strips)
some pea sprouts

Marinade

100ml apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar
50ml water

Method

  1. Mix Marinade and steep raddish overnight.
  2. Mix cherry tomatoes and olive oil. Bake in oven at 80°C for 2hrs. Add in XO sauce and mix well.
  3. Plating raddish and place cherry tomaotoes on top. Garnish with pea sprouts and serve.
