材料

有机青龙菜180克,洗净切段
带子或虾200克,汆烫沥干
豆芽30克
XO酱少许
清水少许
调味料
盐和鸡精粉少许

做法

  1. 热油,把青龙菜和豆芽一起翻炒至熟软,盛盘。
  2. 把带子、XO酱、清水一起翻炒至香。
  3. 加入调味料继续翻炒至汤汁收干。
  4. 把炒好的带子盛放在青龙菜和豆芽上即可。

Stir-fried Organic Giant Chives with Scallop

Ingredients

180g organic ching long choy (giant chives), rinse and cut into sections
200g scallop / prawn, blanch and drain
30g bean sprouts
some XO sauce
some water

Seasoning

salt and chicken powder

Method

  1. Heat oil. Stir-fry ching long choy and bean sprouts until cooked. Plating.
  2. Stir-fry scallop / prawn, XO sauce and water until fragrant.
  3. Add in Seasoning and continue cooking until the gravy is dried.
  4. Place cooked scallop on top of ching long choy and bean sprouts.
