招牌高汤龙虾粥
材料
白粥1.5升
活龙虾1千克,斩件洗净
南瓜泥200克
调味料
盐1小匙
鸡精1小匙
糖½小匙
浓缩鸡汤2小匙
装饰料
姜丝和葱花少许
麻油少许
做法
- 把白粥煮滚,加入龙虾和南瓜泥搅拌均匀,继续煮至起泡。
- 加入调味料搅拌均匀,关火。
- 缀以姜丝和葱花,淋上麻油即可。
Signature Lobster Congee
Ingredients
1.5 liter porridge
1 kg lobster, chop into pieces and rinse
200g mashed pumpkin
Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken powder
½ tsp sugar
2 tsp condensed chicken stock
Garnish
some shredded ginger and chopped spring onion
some sesame oil
Method
- Bring porridge to a boil. Add in lobster and mashed pumpkin. Mix well. Continue cooking until bubbles surface.
- Add in Seasoning and mix well. Turn off the heat.
- Garnish with shredded ginger and chopped spring onion. Sprinkle sesame oil and serve.
