Stir-fried Sea Cucumber with Minced Pork
200g soaked sea cucumber, diced
150g minced pork
150g chestnuts, chop and blanch
some curry leaves
some chopped ginger
some minced garlic
- Heat up some oil. Stir-fry minced pork until fragrant.
- Add in curry leaves, chopped ginger and minced garlic. Continue stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add in water and chopped chestnuts. Season with dash of salt and chicken powder.
- Continue to stir-cook until gravy is dried.
