做法

  1. 在寿司卷用竹帘上放上1片紫菜,放上适量鸡饭压平,尾端留2公分紫菜。
  2. 在前端放上适量鸡肉、黄瓜条和番茄条,一边压紧一边卷起竹帘,卷成寿司卷。
  3. 重复步骤至全部材料用完,切片后搭配鸡饭用辣椒酱(做法参考p40)享用即可。

Chicken Rice Sushi Roll

Ingredients

400g chicken rice (refers to page 40)
4 slices nori
320g chicken breast meat, cut into strips
1 cucumber
cut into strips
1 tomato
cut into strips

Method

  1. Place 1 slice of nori on top of bamboo sheet, place a layer of chicken rice and flatten. Leave 2cm of nori uncovered at the end.
  2. Place chicken, cucumber and tomato strips at the other end. Roll up bamboo sheet and press to form sushi roll.
  3. Repeat steps until all ingredients are finished. Cut into slices and serve with chilli sauce (refers page 40).
