紫菜4片

做法
- 在寿司卷用竹帘上放上1片紫菜,放上适量鸡饭压平,尾端留2公分紫菜。
- 在前端放上适量鸡肉、黄瓜条和番茄条,一边压紧一边卷起竹帘,卷成寿司卷。
- 重复步骤至全部材料用完,切片后搭配鸡饭用辣椒酱(做法参考p40)享用即可。
Chicken Rice Sushi Roll
Ingredients
400g chicken rice (refers to page 40)
4 slices nori
320g chicken breast meat, cut into strips
1 cucumber
cut into strips
1 tomato
cut into strips
Method
- Place 1 slice of nori on top of bamboo sheet, place a layer of chicken rice and flatten. Leave 2cm of nori uncovered at the end.
- Place chicken, cucumber and tomato strips at the other end. Roll up bamboo sheet and press to form sushi roll.
- Repeat steps until all ingredients are finished. Cut into slices and serve with chilli sauce (refers page 40).
