材料

香茅200-300克(拍扁、切段)
糖100克
爱玉粉100克
清水1升

做法

  1. 把清水和香茅一起煮滚,转中火继续煮10分钟。
  2. 把香茅丢弃,加入爱玉粉和糖拌匀,再煮5分钟后放凉。
  3. 放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
  4. 取出后佐配喜爱的配料即可。

Lemongrass Jelly

serves 3-4

Ingredients

200-300g lemongrass (smash and cut into sections)
100g sugar
100g ice jelly powder
1 liter water

Method

  1. Bing water and lemongrass to a boil. Turn to medium heat and continue boiling for 10mins.
  2. Discard lemongrass. Add in ice jelly powder and sugar and mix well. Continue cooking 5mins and leave to cool.
  3.  Chill in fridge until firm.
  4.  Serve with desired condiments like berries.
