香茅果冻
材料
香茅200-300克(拍扁、切段)
糖100克
爱玉粉100克
清水1升
做法
- 把清水和香茅一起煮滚,转中火继续煮10分钟。
- 把香茅丢弃,加入爱玉粉和糖拌匀,再煮5分钟后放凉。
- 放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
- 取出后佐配喜爱的配料即可。
Lemongrass Jelly
serves 3-4
Ingredients
200-300g lemongrass (smash and cut into sections)
100g sugar
100g ice jelly powder
1 liter water
Method
- Bing water and lemongrass to a boil. Turn to medium heat and continue boiling for 10mins.
- Discard lemongrass. Add in ice jelly powder and sugar and mix well. Continue cooking 5mins and leave to cool.
- Chill in fridge until firm.
- Serve with desired condiments like berries.
