泰式蒸鱼
材料
活金目鲈1条(600-800克)
青柠1个(榨汁)
鱼露1大匙
指天椒2条(切碎)
芫荽1把(切段)
大蒜4瓣(切碎)
做法
- 把鱼去内脏、洗净沥干后放进盘中,隔水蒸8分钟,取出沥干。
- 把剩余材料混合均匀,淋在蒸好的鱼上即可。
Thai Steamed Fish

Ingredients
1 (600-800g) sea bass
1 lime (squeezed juice)
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 chili padi (chopped)
1 handful coriander (sectioned)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
Method
- Gut and rinse fish. Drain and place in a shallow plate. Steam for 8mins. Remove and drain.
- Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over steamed fish and serve.
