材料

猪油渣少许
鸡蛋面1包
云吞5个(煮熟或炸好)
叉烧50克(切片)
菜心20克(汆烫)
泰国鱼露少许
泰国青柠½个
泰国干辣椒碎少许

做法

  1. 把鸡蛋面用滚水煮熟,捞起后用冷水冲洗,沥干待用。
  2. 把猪油、鱼露和泰国干辣椒碎在碗中拌匀,加入鸡蛋面搅拌均匀。
  3. 加入叉烧、菜心和云吞,搭配青柠即可。

Thai Wanton Noodle

Ingredients

some fried pork lard
1 pack egg noodles
5 wanton (cooked/fried)
50g char siew (sliced)
20g choy sum (blanched)
some thai fish sauce
½ wedge thai lime
some thai chilli flakes

Method

  1. Add egg noodles in boiling water until fully cooked. Rinse in cold water and drain. Set aside.
  2. Mix fried pork lard, fish sauce and chili flakes in a bowl. Add in egg noodles and toss well.
  3. Add in char siew, choy sum and wanton. Serve with the lime.
