泰国干捞云吞面
材料
猪油渣少许
鸡蛋面1包
云吞5个(煮熟或炸好)
叉烧50克(切片)
菜心20克(汆烫)
泰国鱼露少许
泰国青柠½个
泰国干辣椒碎少许
做法
- 把鸡蛋面用滚水煮熟,捞起后用冷水冲洗,沥干待用。
- 把猪油、鱼露和泰国干辣椒碎在碗中拌匀,加入鸡蛋面搅拌均匀。
- 加入叉烧、菜心和云吞,搭配青柠即可。
Thai Wanton Noodle

Ingredients
some fried pork lard
1 pack egg noodles
5 wanton (cooked/fried)
50g char siew (sliced)
20g choy sum (blanched)
some thai fish sauce
½ wedge thai lime
some thai chilli flakes
Method
- Add egg noodles in boiling water until fully cooked. Rinse in cold water and drain. Set aside.
- Mix fried pork lard, fish sauce and chili flakes in a bowl. Add in egg noodles and toss well.
- Add in char siew, choy sum and wanton. Serve with the lime.
