Steamed pork Rib With Preserved Soya Bean
600g pork ribs
20g potato starch
1 red chilli (diced and sliced)
1 pack dried fermented black beans (soaked)
20g minced garlic
10g potato starch
6g chicken powder
some sesame oil, pepper powder and oil
- Mix pork ribs with potato starch. Set for 30mins. Rinse with running water and drain well.
- Saute soaked fermented black beans with a little bit of oil until fragrant. Set aside.
- Take half amount of minced garlic to saute until fragrant.
- Mix all Ingredients B. Add in pork ribs and toss well. Steam over high heat for 8mins. Sprinkle some red chilli and serve.
