鲜虾腐皮卷

材料
大腐皮2张
馅料
猪肉碎300克
虾仁200克(切丁)
冬菇50克(切丁)
肥猪油碎50克
生粉15克
盐6克
鸡精粉6克
糖15克
猪油20毫升
麻油和胡椒粉少许

材料

  1. 把馅料搅拌均匀,放入冰箱冷藏。
  2. 把大腐皮切成13X6厘米的小块。
  3. 从冰箱中取出馅料,取一张腐皮和适量馅料,包成春卷形状。重复至馅料用完。
  4. 在平底锅内热油,把春卷稍微煎香,然后用大火油炸至金黄色。

 

Deep-Fried Beancurd Roll

Ingredients
2 large beancurd sheets

Fillings
300g minced pork
200g peeled prawn (diced)
50g shiitake (diced)
50g minced pork fat
15g potato starch
6g salt
6g chicken powder
15g sugar
20ml pork lard
some sesame oil and pepper powder

Method

  1. Mix Fillings until well-combined. Chill in fidge.
  2. Cut bean curd sheets into 13cm x 6cm pieces.
  3. Take out fillings from fridge. Take a piece of cut bean curd sheet, wrap in fillings and make into spring roll. Reapeat to finish all fillings.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Pan-fry spring rolls and then deep-fry over high heat until golden brown.
