材料A
黄豆50克、绿豆50克
红豆50克、眉豆50克
糙米100克

材料B
猪肉碎800克
生粉适量
清水2升
盐少许
做法

  1. 把材料A浸软2小时待用。
  2. 把猪肉碎、1小匙清水和生粉搅打至起胶,捏成肉丸待用。
  3. 把剩余清水煮滚,加入材料A,用中火煮1小时30分钟。
  4. 加入肉丸继续煮20分钟,加入盐调味即可。

小贴士:煮粥的过程中需要不断搅拌,避免烧焦。

Five-colour Porridge with Meat Balls

Ingredients A
50g soybean
50g mung bean
50g red bean
50g black-eyed pea
100g brown rice

Ingredients B
800g minced pork
some starch, 2liters water
dash of salt

Method

  1. Soak Ingredients A in water for 2hrs.
  2. Beat minced pork, 1tsp of water and starch together until sticky. Make meat balls and set aside.
  3. Bring remaining water to a boil. Add in Ingredients A and cook over medium heat for 1hr30mins.
  4. Add in meat balls and continue cooking for 20mins. Add in salt to season.

Tips: Keep stirring while cooking the porridge to prevent burning.
